Gitonga's house is almost entirely submerged in water, forcing him to move his family to a tent as he contemplates where next to move.

To prevent cases of overloading, the vessels will carry a maximum of 10 people with luggage and 15 without. 

Official says the bodies of four out of six people registered as missing have been found, while 13 are unaccounted for.
